1 (One) Complimentary Room will be provided for group booking with minimum of 10 rooms materialized
Company Concession Policy
1 (one) complimentary Room will be provided for minimum of 30 rooms materialized in a month as an appreciation.
Deposit Policy
The prepayment is required for group booking with the following details:
1. 25% Deposit is required from total 30 days prior to group arrival
2. 50% Deposit is required from total 14 days prior to group arrival.
3. The full payment is required a week prior to the group arrival
The hotel reserves the right to release the room reservation which is not guaranteed by cash deposit unless it is confirmed by written agreement by both parties.
Rooming List
The rooming list is required by the hotel minimum 7 days prior to group arrival with complete detail of flight number
All payments have to be made in US DOLLARS or RUPIAHS by bank draft certified by the bank or by money transfer to Travellers Hotel Jakarta account :
